We do not charge to advertise your property on our website, we only charge if we succeed in obtaining a booking for your property, so you have nothing to lose. We also operate a full meet and greet service with all clients being met at their holiday apartment or villa on arrival to make sure they are happy with everything and to offer any assistance they may need. Once we obtain a booking for your property we charge 18% of the rental amount for the period booked, please click here for our full letting terms and conditions.
