Banana Bay Paphos Villas - Ref 110

This amazing 4 bedroom villa is simply stunning with spectacular views, private pool and even has a large games room with brand new pub pool table! 

Banana Bay Villa is not your everyday holiday rental villa; this is so much more, with fantastic furnishings, great views and a games room to provide lots of fun. The main door leads into a large sitting and dining room, with the kitchen, all four bedrooms and two of the bathrooms on this level plus access to the large swimming pool and the views over Banana Bay. Downstairs is the large games room with a wall mounted flat screen TV, another sitting room with two red leather sofas and two bean bags to match, a pub pool table with red baize and a walk in shower room and toilet. The whole villa has air conditioning, including all bedrooms and the games room.

The outside area around the pool has a shaded dining area that sits 8 with a large 4 x burner gas barbeque, there is loads of room around the pool and there is more seating, sun beds and recliners for 8 people. The lounge has two double aspect patio doors to the pool area and a large living area with double black leather sofas and two easy chairs facing another wall mounted flat screen TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player, the glass and leather dining room suite sits 8 people. The kitchen is large and well equipped with matching silver fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms are all doubles, three have king size beds and one has twin beds, two of them have patio doors leading on to their own patio area with direct access to the pool. The drive has an electric gate and parking for 4 cars. Banana Bay is only a stroll away and Coral Bay is under 2km away too so the location is ideal. PLEASE NOTE: This villa has increased security locks that are expensive, if you lose a key while on holiday there is a 150 Euro charge from the owner to replace the lock/key.

Banana Bay is right on your doorstep and just a two minute walk away. However if you are looking for arguably the nicest beach and clearest waters in the whole of Cyprus, Coral Bay is less than 2km away. The beach is shaped like a horse shoe and is a paradise of soft white sand sheltered by headlands with calm turquoise glassy waters. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely.

There are many water based activities close by to these Banana Bay villas, during busier months various water sports are on offer including pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing etc. Kato Paphos harbour offers various boat trips including a Spanish Galleon, Catamaran, Glass Bottom boats, Speed Boats, Jet Boats and a large ‘Booze Cruise' liner. There are multiple Jet Ski hire companies so you can hire these in most places on the sea front.

If you venture out on foot you will find close by various banks, minimarkets, bars, restaurants, and bustling cafes as well as many other shops and tavernas. If you are looking for nightlife close to your Banana Bay villas there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, with all ages catered for. Kato Paphos is a ten to fifteen minute drive away with its bustling pubs, bars, restaurants and clubs and really has something for everyone!

One of the major attractions of Paphos is its diving treasures including Maninji Island, Akamas Peninsula and the fourth largest wreck dive in the world - The Wreck of Zenobia; for experienced divers only. There are various dive companies in the town that offer courses for beginners so you can always learn to dive in Coral Bay.

If diving is not for you, why not venture out to try turtle watching, go-karting, jeep safari, trekking, cycling, golfing or go on an archaeological dig. If you are looking for a perfect golf destination close to your Banana Bay villas then look no further, there are three courses within a 35 minute drive; Aphrodite Hills, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf Club, all are championship courses and are perfect for a golfing holiday.
