This superb two bedroom apartment is situated on the fantastic award winning Limnaria Gardens Resort. The property is on the ground floor and is a newly redecorated and refurnished two bedroom, two bathroom spacious ground floor apartment with lots of quality extras. The lounge and both bedrooms have their own double patios doors giving direct access to the very large, pool facing, paved and illuminated patio area. There is a gas barbeque and external faux wicker dining table and soft seating for 6 enabling romantic "al fresco" dining. The apartment has its own sun beds and a large sun umbrella. The outside area features a well maintained garden with automatic watering. Access to the apartment has been modified to be fully wheelchair friendly, both from the covered car space and to the patio and the three swimming pools, one pool featuring a long walk/wheel in ramp.

There is complementary Wi-Fi and a 50" wall mounted full HD plasma screen with multi inputs and a Blu-ray and DVD player and satellite TV. There is also an independent 50 watt music centre including an iPod charging port which enables full remote control of your iPod playback. There are two leather settees, one of which is a king sized sofa bed. All the rooms are thoughtfully laid out and tastefully decorated with generous wall to wall
built in cupboard/hanging space. The apartment has a large store room with locked external access allowing cases to be securely left on the change-over day which together with the pool area communal changing, toilet and shower facility enables you to take full advantage of all your valuable holiday time! This is certainly an apartment well above the average standard and can be thoroughly recommended.

Limnaria Gardens Resort is an award winning resort that is without doubt in our opinion the best Paphos apartments rental resort in Paphos. The resort has beautiful lush landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow ‘walk in' pool with large integral Jacuzzi and a children's pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing on the secluded sun terraces, and poolside showers and toilets for your convenience.
