Magnificent 120 sq m ceramic-tiled terrace surrounds the apartment on three sides, giving 360 degrees of sunshine, sea views, mountain views and directly overlooking the pool areas and the mature landscaped garden.  The terrace has a 4m pergola offering much needed shade during the heat of the day, outside lights and numerous power points.  There is a large gas Barbeque for relaxed entertaining on balmy evenings with dining facilities for alfresco living, along with comfortable sun beds to top up the tan!

The apartment is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout.  There is a flat screen TV/DVD with satellite connection.

The Master Bedroom has a large 6' double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a dressing table, ample cupboard space and a private balcony for intimate breakfasts or tête-à-tête evenings away from family or guests!  There is a fully tiled, en suite, walk-in Shower Room with heated towel rail.

The Second Bedroom has a 5' double bed, two bedside tables, reading lamps and ample cupboard space.

The Third Bedroom has two 3' beds with bedside table, reading lamp and ample cupboard space.

The Second Bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with overhead shower, vanitary unit and heated towel rail.

The large Living Room/Diner has three sliding glass doors opening onto the extensive tiled terraces.  There are two leather sofas and a 6' pale oak dining table with 6 leather high back chairs.

The Kitchen is superbly fitted with granite worktops, Bosch oven, cooker hood, ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.  It is generously kitted out with kitchen utensils and equipment

Two pools, one of which is heated throughout the year, a Jacuzzi and a separate children's pool ensure entertainment for all and a coffee shop is due to be opened during the season. Tennis, gymnasium and internet connection are all available from the Paphos Gardens Hotel which is a few minutes walk away and there is a local mini-market food shop adjacent to the hotel.

The Apartment sleeps six with the potential for two extra beds by agreement with the agent. As well as bed linen, all towels, including beach towels and tablecloths are provided. If you are considering a winter let; there are storage heaters throughout the apartment. Both bathrooms have under-floor heating and heated towel rails.
