Tala Villas - Paphos Villas - Ref 045

This is a unique semi detached villa and is one of eight sharing a massive pool with wonderful views of the Mediterranean. The villa is situated in Tala which has a wonderful square with a choice of a dozen or more restaurants and tavernas and is frequented by locals and tourists alike; offering you the chance to taste all the local cuisine cooked in the traditional way. Anyone that wants to spend a lazy afternoon in the sun chatting and drinking should look no further than Tala Square which is only a ten minute stroll from the property.

Coral Bay is 5K and Kato Paphos is 8K making it central to both Harbour and Sandy beaches. The property itself has two bedrooms, both en suite, one with a shower and one with a bath. Both bedrooms have balconies, one that catches the early sun and the other has wonderful sunsets.

The sleeping arrangements offer you one double bed, two singles and a sofa bed. The downstairs has a well equipped kitchen plus downstairs toilet and the lounge area has double French Doors that lead out onto a large patio area that is half covered to offer you some shade. The views from the patio area are of the 20mt x 8mt swimming pool and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, the whole area is very private and offers you a fantastically relaxing holiday. If wanted to venture out to the beach then look no further than Coral Bay which is only 5 kilometres away.

Coral Bay has arguably the nicest beach and clearest waters in the whole of Cyprus making it the prime Coral Bay villas destination. The beach is shaped like a horse shoe and is a paradise of soft white sand sheltered by headlands with calm turquoise glassy waters. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely. There are many water based activities close by to these Tala and Coral Bay villas, during busier months various water sports are on offer including pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing etc. Kato Paphos harbour offers various boat trips including a Spanish Galleon, Catamaran, Glass Bottom boats, Speed Boats, Jet Boats and a large ‘Booze Cruise' liner. There are multiple Jet Ski hire companies so you can hire these in most places on the sea front.

Kato Paphos is a ten to fifteen minute drive away with its bustling pubs, bars, restaurants and clubs and really has something for everyone! One of the major attractions of these Tala and Coral Bay villas is Paphos' diving treasures including Maninji Island, Akamas Peninsula and the fourth largest wreck dive in the world - The Wreck of Zenobia; for experienced divers only. There are various dive companies in the town that offer courses for beginners so you can always learn to dive in Coral Bay.

If diving is not for you, why not venture out to try turtle watching, go-karting, jeep safari, trekking, cycling, golfing or go on an archaeological dig. If you are looking for a perfect golf destination close to your Coral Bay villas then look no further, there are three courses within a 35 minute drive; Aphrodite Hills, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf Club, all are championship courses and are perfect for a golfing holiday.

Tala is a fantastic location for you to holiday if you are looking for a secluded quiet location but with everything you need a short drive away.
