This villa truly has the wow factor!! It is located on Olympus village so the location is ideal for holidays and also golfing breaks as all three of paphos' golf courses are close by with Tsada being only 3k away. Olympus village is above paphos old town and Kato Paphos so the views during the day and at night are breathtaking. The reception area of the villa leads into a large lounge with double patio doors leading onto a treble balcony with fantastic views of the Med. The lounge itself is tastefully furnished with flat screen TV and a very large white leather L shaped corner sofa with matching red leather modern relax chair. The kitchen is large with a centre work island and a separate utility room. The three main bedrooms are all doubles and have two double beds and two twins, one of which is en-suite. As this is a 'down house' all the bedrooms have direct access to the large garden area and 8 x 4 tiled kidney shaped pool and, you have guessed it, great views from here too, they all also have double patio doors from which the views are breathtaking. There is also a fourth bedroom that is a separate annexe and is again a double sized bedroom that has its own lockable front door.  

Olympus Village boasts some of the finest Paphos villas with breathtaking views across Old Paphos and Kato Paphos, meaning every sunset and sunrise are there to be enjoyed. Olympus Village is situated approximately 10 minutes by car to Kato Paphos which has many bars, pubs, restaurants and night life for all ages.

During busier months, various water sports are on offer including pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing. The harbour offers various boat trips including a Spanish Galleon, Catamaran, Glass Bottom boats, Speed Boats, Jet Boats and a large ‘Booze Cruise' liner. There are multiple Jet Ski hire companies so you can hire these in most places on the sea front.

If you are feeling adventurous these Paphos villas are perfectly located, you can take a trip to the Troodos Mountains and enjoy the breathtaking scenery, or if you are visiting during the winter months skiing and snowboarding are even available. If you like the water you can rest assured that these Paphos villas are in a perfect location, every kind of water sports are close at hand. One of the major attractions of Paphos is its diving treasures including Maninji Island, Akamas Peninsula and the fourth largest wreck dive in the world - The Wreck of Zenobia; for experienced divers only. There are various dive companies in the town that offer courses for beginners so you can always learn to dive in Paphos.

If diving is not for you, why not venture out to try turtle watching, go-karting, jeep safari, trekking, cycling, golfing or go on an archaeological dig.
