3 Bedroom Villa - Kamares Village - Ref 058

This is a beautiful three bedroom two bathroom holiday bungalow with great outside space, sea views and a large pool. It has been furnished and decorated to an unexpected level and will satisfy even the most discerning visitor. The property has its own drive and garage for covered parking and also has a lockable main gate so any children cannot wander off. You then walk up some steps to the pool and sunbathing areas and again the pool is gated and can be shut off from the main outside area. There are four separate outside areas two covered and two total suntraps and from all of these there are wonderful sea views looking out over coral bay, these same views can also be enjoyed from the over sized swimming pool. The inside of the villa is of high quality and the kitchen is large as are all of the bedrooms and lounge. The master bedroom has an en-suite that offers both a walk in shower and a bath and the guest bathroom also has a walk in shower. The property faces South West so you have sunsets every evening to enjoy while sitting on any one of the terraces. The location in Kamares Village offers you total seclusion and peace and quite while still being only 5k from Coral Bay and is also the same distance to the nearest golf course in Tsada. The nearest village is Tala which is a 2 min drive away and this village has a lovely square that offers you 7 different tavernas and restaurants to choose from.  

Coral Bay has arguably the nicest beach and clearest waters in the whole of Cyprus making it the prime villas destination. The beach is shaped like a horse shoe and is a paradise of soft white sand sheltered by headlands with calm turquoise glassy waters. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely.

There are many water based activities close by to these Kamares Village villas, during busier months various water sports are on offer including pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing etc. Kato Paphos harbour offers various boat trips including a Spanish Galleon, Catamaran, Glass Bottom boats, Speed Boats, Jet Boats and a large ‘Booze Cruise' liner. There are multiple Jet Ski hire companies so you can hire these in most places on the sea front.

If you venture out on foot you will find close by various banks, minimarkets, bars, restaurants, and bustling cafes as well as many other shops and tavernas. If you are looking for nightlife close to your Kamares Village villas there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, with all ages catered for. Kato Paphos is a ten to fifteen minute drive away with its bustling pubs, bars, restaurants and clubs and really has something for everyone!

One of the major attractions of these Kamares Village villas is Paphos' diving treasures including Maninji Island, Akamas Peninsula and the fourth largest wreck dive in the world - The Wreck of Zenobia; for experienced divers only. There are various dive companies in the town that offer courses for beginners so you can always learn to dive in Coral Bay. If diving is not for you, why not venture out to try turtle watching, go-karting, jeep safari, trekking, cycling, golfing or go on an archaeological dig.
