This high standard apartment is situated on the second floor with lift access and sleeps up to 4 people. The apartment comprises an air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 4 and dining table and 4 chairs. There is a leather sofa bed where sleeps additional two. This area leads onto a large private part-covered balcony, ideal for rest in shade or for sunbathing.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, grill, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

There is one air-conditioned double bedroom with king-size double bed with a high quality orthopedic mattress and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower and WC.

Additional features of the apartment include a 32" flat screen LCD TV with Sky TV and radio channels, DVD, radio with CD/MP3 and USB player, safe, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. Bed linen, bath and hand towels, and beach towels are provided. Allocated parking is provided.
