This superb two bedroom apartment is situated on the fantastic award winning Limnaria Gardens Resort. The property is on the ground floor and is a newly redecorated and refurnished two bedroom, two bathroom spacious ground floor apartment with lots of quality extras. The lounge and both bedrooms have their own double patio doors giving direct access to the large pool facing, paved and illuminated, patio area. This is the largest private patio on Limnaria Gardens Resort and also offers a shaded area which has soft furnishings for your comfort. There is a gas barbeque and external and internal dining tables. The apartment has its own sun beds and a large sun umbrella. Access to the apartment has been modified to be fully wheelchair friendly, from the covered car space to the patio and the three swimming pools, one pool featuring a long walk/wheel in ramp. There are two sofas in the lounge area with a TV and DVD player plus satellite connection for films and TV series etc in English. All the rooms are thoughtfully laid out and tastefully decorated with generous wall to wall built in cupboard/hanging space. This is certainly an apartment well above the average standard and can be thoroughly recommended.

Limnaria Gardens Resort offer some of the best located Paphos apartments to rent, within just a few minutes walking distance to the sandy beaches, shops, harbour and the tourist heart of Kato Paphos which has many bars, pubs, restaurants and night life for all ages. During busier months, various water sports are on offer including pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing. The harbour offers various boat trips including a Spanish Galleon, Catamaran, Glass Bottom boats, Speed Boats, Jet Boats and a large ‘Booze Cruise' liner.
