6 Bed Paphos Villas - Apollo Villas - Ref 070

This is a six bedroom three bathroom villa with fantastic sea views, just one minute walk from the sea, and is also just a few yards from the truly magnificent communal infinity swimming pool. The villa itself is unique, as it is set on two levels with both levels having their own modern fitted and well equipped kitchen. The ground floor level has its own access and with an internal staircase to the 1st floor. The ground floor boasts its own fitted kitchen lounge diner and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and toilet, upstairs there is another fully fitted kitchen, lounge diner with large patio doors to the outside terrace with spectacular sea views. There are another three bedrooms, one en-suite with a further bathroom to service the other two bedrooms. Situated just off the Tombs of the Kings road giving you direct access by car to Kato Paphos and Coral Bay, both being a 10 min drive.  

Apollo Beach Villas Resort is situated right on the Mediterranean and all the villas have direct views of the sea. There is a walk way that offers you lovely walks along the sea front and there is also a small enclave that houses local fishing boats that are still working vessels. The sea and the walk way are no more than a 30 second walk and the whole area offers you numerous sandy beaches with Coral Bay less than 10 minutes drive away and Kato Paphos the same distance in the opposite direction.

At all times of the year the sun sets directly in Apollo's view and can be enjoyed from your chosen property. The resort also has a large communal Infinity Pool that looks out to sea and in our opinion is stunning. Some Apollo Beach Villas also have their own private Infinity Pools as well. Coral Bay has arguably the nicest beach and clearest waters in the whole of Cyprus. The beach is shaped like a horse shoe and is a paradise of soft white sand sheltered by headlands with calm turquoise glassy waters. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely.

There are many water based activities close by to these Apollo Paphos villas, during busier months various water sports are on offer including pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing etc. Kato Paphos harbour offers various boat trips including a Spanish Galleon, Catamaran, Glass Bottom boats, Speed Boats, Jet Boats and a large ‘Booze Cruise' liner. There are multiple Jet Ski hire companies so you can hire these in most places on the sea front.

If you venture out on foot you will find close by various banks, minimarkets, bars, restaurants, and bustling cafes as well as many other shops and tavernas. If you are looking for nightlife close to your Apollo Paphos villas there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, with all ages catered for. Kato Paphos 5km away with its bustling pubs, bars, restaurants and clubs and really has something for everyone!

One of the major attractions of these Apollo Paphos villas is Paphos' diving treasures including Maninji Island, Akamas Peninsula and the fourth largest wreck dive in the world - The Wreck of Zenobia; for experienced divers only. There are various dive companies in the town that offer courses for beginners so you can always learn to dive in Coral Bay or Kato Paphos.

If diving is not for you, why not venture out to try turtle watching, go-karting, jeep safari, trekking, cycling, golfing or go on an archaeological dig. If you are looking for a perfect golf destination close to your Apollo Paphos villas then look no further, there are three courses within a 25 minute drive; Aphrodite Hills, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf Club, all are championship courses and are perfect for a golfing holiday.
