This fantastic penthouse apartment with private roof terrace is part of the exclusive Royal Sea Crest complex which is situated in the heart of Kato Paphos, just off the Tombs of the Kings road. The Royal Sea Crest is in a prime location and is arguably the best new complex in Kato Paphos.

The apartment has a large open plan living and kitchen area which contains a luxury double sofa bed for extra flexibility, 2 large double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a spacious balcony which overlooks the 2 large lagoon swimming pools with kids section, gardens and 2 outdoor Jacuzzis, perfect for sitting back, cooling off and relaxing. The private roof terrace has magnificent views across the sea and up to old Paphos town. The complex also has a gym for the more energetic plus communal sun loungers and parasols for topping up your tan.

The living area has relaxing lounge seating and includes a good quality comfortable sofa bed and an air conditioning/heating unit. It also includes a flat screen TV, plus a PS2 games console with games, and a DVD player with a selection of family movies.

The open plan kitchen has Bosch appliances including an oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge-freezer and washing machine. It also includes a toaster a kettle and all you could need for your stay.

The main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning/heating unit, built in wardrobes and draws, a dressing table and mirror, bedside tables and a patio door which lead straight out onto your private balcony. A hair dryer is also included plus a safe for all your valuables.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds which could be put together to make a double if you wish, air conditioning/heating unit, built in wardrobes and draws.

The modern bathroom is tiled and has a bath with an overhead shower, a toilet, wash basin, mirror and vanity unit.

The main room patio doors lead out onto the private balcony area which has a table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the landscaped gardens, large lagoon swimming pools, feature fountains, dedicated children's pool and outdoor Jacuzzis.

The private roof terrace has magnificent views across the sea and of the old town of Paphos and includes sun beds. The terrace is accessible by lift or stairs.

The pool area has sun loungers and parasols for communal use and shower and toilet facilities. There is also an indoor gym exclusively for guests, with unlimited usage, at no extra cost.  

The Royal Seacrest Resort offers fantastic Paphos apartments to rent and is situated just off the Tombs of The Kings road, just 400m to all the tavernas and restaurants the Tombs has to offer. Lighthouse Beach is also only 800m away, a sandy beach with a lovely beach restaurant/bar on hand. The resort itself is gated for your privacy and has a lagoon style pool plus a children's separate pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi, the gardens are landscaped with water features plus a children's play area. The resort also offers an indoor gym facility and the old town is within an eight minute walk.

Royal Seacrest Resort is within walking distance to the sandy beaches, shops, harbour and the tourist heart of Kato Paphos which has many bars, pubs, restaurants and night life for all ages. During busier months, various water sports are on offer including pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing. The harbour offers various boat trips including a Spanish Galleon, Catamaran, Glass Bottom boats, Speed Boats, Jet Boats and a large ‘Booze Cruise' liner. There are multiple Jet Ski hire companies close to Royal Seacrest Resort; you can hire these in most places along the sea front.

If you are feeling adventurous during your Paphos apartments rental you can take a trip to the Troodos Mountains and enjoy the breathtaking scenery, or if you are visiting during the winter months skiing and snowboarding are even available. If you like the water you can rest assured that every kind of water sports are close at hand. One of the major attractions of a Paphos apartments rental is Paphos' diving treasures including Maninji Island, Akamas Peninsula and the fourth largest wreck dive in the world - The Wreck of Zenobia; for experienced divers only. There are various dive companies in the town that offer courses for beginners so you can always learn to dive in Paphos.

If diving is not for you, why not venture out to try turtle watching, go-karting, jeep safari, trekking, cycling, golfing or go on an archaeological dig. If you are looking for a perfect golf destination then look no further, there are three courses within a 25 minute drive; Aphrodite Hills, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf Club, all are championship courses and are perfect for a golfing holiday.
