This is a brand new beautifully appointed spacious one bedroom first floor apartment set in tropical gardens with large communal swimming pool complete with Jacuzzi. It boasts garden and pool views from the large L shaped veranda and is ideally situated just minutes’ walk from all local amenities including a sandy beach, superb restaurants and bars and the bustling harbour and marina. Ideal for those looking for a little more out of their self-catering summer holiday rental experience. All aspects of the property have been furnished to an exceptionally high and contemporary style, with everything provided including air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, DVD & WIFI. The lounge leads through double patio doors to the extended terrace which has 2 x private sunbeds plus table and chairs for alfresco dining plus a outside ceiling fan to help you cope with those barmy summer nights, the bedroom which boasts a large hotel style double bed also has patio doors leading on to the patio with fantastic views of the whole of Limnaria Gardens.
Limnaria Gardens Resort is an award winning resort that is without doubt in our opinion the best Paphos apartments rental resort in Paphos. The resort has beautiful lush landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow ‘walk in’ pool with large integral Jacuzzi and a children’s pool. All pool areas have plenty of sun beds for sunbathing on the secluded sun terraces, and poolside showers and toilets for your convenience.
Limnaria Gardens Resort offer some of the best located Paphos apartments to rent, within just a few minutes walking distance to the sandy beaches, shops, harbour and the tourist heart of Kato Paphos which has many bars, pubs, restaurants and night life for all ages.
