A beautifully well maintained and furnished one bed apartment is located on the best resort in Paphos with easy walking access to everything Paphos has to offer.
The lounge has double patio doors leading to a balcony with table and chairs for alfresco dining. It also boasts a large flat screen tv with an android box which offers UK tv channels, over 2000 up to date movies and series plus 7 day play back! There is also a large leather bed settee and plenty of space for this apartment to sleep four without being cramped in any way.
The property also offers a inside dining area with a table and four chairs off of the well equipped kitchen.
The bedroom is also a good size and has a comfortable double bed and is located next to the full bathroom with shower overhead.
There is a lift to this property which is located on the second floor, the owner also offers his guests private sun loungers at pool side and free use of all air conditioning and internet/wifi.
PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is next door to ref 066, both apartments are next door to each other with adjacent balconies. Perfect for two groups going on holiday that want to stay next to each other. The balcony is facing South east which is ideal for Winter sunshine as well as Summer.
