A very favourably located and very well maintained 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment on the best resort in Kato Paphos.
This wonderful ground floor apartment on the fantastic Limnaria Gardens Resort, is facing both the large walk in' swimming pool and the children's pool with a fantastic extended patio area for sun bathing and entertaining. This large patio has 4 private sun beds plus an alfresco dining area which is shaded and a souvla style BBQ.
The well maintained interior features two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and large patio doors leading onto the outside terrace plus a second bedroom with twin beds and an en suite shower room. The second bathroom has a large walk in shower so the property boasts two showers which is ideal for the climate in Paphos.
The living area is large with two sofas and a dining room table, there is WIFI and an android box offering Sky package channels, 7 day playback and hundreds of up to date movies. This spacious lounge area also has double patio doors leading onto the large terrace area.
The property is comfortable and fully equipped and offers guests wonderful views and easy access to the resorts swimming pools while still affording you the privacy of your own sunbathing and dining area.
