This is genuinely a penthouse property and is located on the wonderful Limnaria Gardens Resort, it is exceptionally spacious and boasts 2 bedrooms & 1 full bathroom with shower over head plus a wet room with walk in shower, it also has a terrace almost as large as the property itself. This penthouse has the most wonderful views over the large central infinity pool complete with Jacuzzi. It is on the 3rd floor serviced by a lift.
The two bedrooms are situated at opposite ends of the large living and dining area with a spacious open plan kitchen and breakfast bar. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Both of these bedrooms have their own patio doors accessing the wonderful balcony area.
The apartment features two bathrooms and the bedrooms have endless wardrobe and cupboard space. All rooms in the property feature large patio doors that open out on to the spacious terrace. The terrace itself has the most fantastic views of all the swimming pools and manicured gardens, with a large pergola and comfy outdoor soft seating for your evening drinks and relaxing, it also features a more formal outdoor dining area complete with BBQ and sunbathing area.
This apartment also has WIFI and terrestrial U.K. tv channels with 7 day play back and a bank of over 2000 films and tv series ready to be streamed. Limnaria Gardens Resort is an award winning resort that is without doubt in our opinion the best Paphos apartments rental resort in Paphos. The resort has beautiful lush landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow 'walk in' pool with large integral Jacuzzi and a children's pool.
