This modern style 4/5 bedroom villa is in one of the top locations in Coral Bay which is very close to both Coral bay's sandy beach and the main strip which is full of tavernas, restaurants and bars.
Both the sandy Coral bay beach and Coral bay strip are a very short walk away so no car needed to enjoy all that Coral bay offers.
The villa itself is on three levels with the top level having a mezzanine area with a large sofa bed allowing the property to sleep up to ten people. The mezzanine level also has direct access to a small secluded balcony with private sunbathing and sea views.
The property boasts a further four bedrooms and three bathrooms for your convenience, three of the bedrooms have double beds and the fourth has twin beds. One double bedroom with bathroom plus walk in shower room is located on the ground floor just off of the living area with the other three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, one of these is the master ensuite bedroom with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
The spacious living area has two settee’s with a lounge chair plus a flat screen tv with u.k. terrestrial channels, 7 day playback plus a bank of over 2000 films and tv series ready to be streamed. A dining space with a large table and 10 chairs is next to the well equipped kitchen. There are double patio doors off the spacious living room leading out onto the swimming pool and patio area.
The pool is an 8 x 4 kidney shape and there are plenty of sun beds plus a further table and chairs with a bbq for alfresco dining, part of the outside area is covered so you have relief from the sunshine if you choose to.
The villa has free of charge air conditioning in every room plus internet/wifi throughout the house, these facilities are in the weekly price so no further charge will be made for these items.
Please Note: The pool can be heated there will be an additional charge of 150 euros per week to have the pool heated but heating the pool is not necessary between May and September.
There is off road parking for two vehicles at the front of the villa although for the beach and the local tavernas etc you can walk to these in 2 to 3 minutes.

Coral Bay has arguably the nicest beach and clearest waters in the whole of Cyprus making it the prime Coral Bay villas destination. The beach is shaped like a horse shoe and is a paradise of soft white sand sheltered by headlands with calm turquoise glassy waters. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely.
There are many water based activities close by to these Coral Bay villas, during busier months various water sports are on offer including pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing etc. Kato Paphos harbour offers various boat trips including a Spanish Galleon, Catamaran, Glass Bottom boats, Speed Boats, Jet Boats and a large �Booze Cruise' liner. There are multiple Jet Ski hire companies so you can hire these in most places on the sea front.
If you venture out on foot you will find close by various banks, minimarkets, bars, restaurants, and bustling cafes as well as many other shops and tavernas. If you are looking for nightlife close to your Coral Bay villas there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, with all ages catered for. Kato Paphos is a ten to fifteen minute drive away with its bustling pubs, bars, restaurants and clubs and really has something for everyone!
One of the major attractions of these Coral Bay villas is Paphos' diving treasures including Maninji Island, Akamas Peninsula and the fourth largest wreck dive in the world - The Wreck of Zenobia; for experienced divers only. There are various dive companies in the town that offer courses for beginners so you can always learn to dive in Coral Bay.
If diving is not for you, why not venture out to try turtle watching, go-karting, jeep safari, trekking, cycling, golfing or go on an archaeological dig. If you are looking for a perfect golf destination close to your Coral Bay villas then look no further, there are three courses within a 35 minute drive; Aphrodite Hills, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf Club, all are championship courses and are perfect for a golfing holiday.

We were all very pleased with the Villa...clean and bright and all the things needed for a family holiday the location was great as well. Very near to a fantastic local supermarket and shops, yet tucked away in a very peaceful leafy spot. Easy walk to the beach and short drive both to Paphos and to the wilder walks and beaches ... really excellent, many thanks.
I was very pleased to find that the owners were very helpful indeed and went out of theier way to sort out a couple of things for me that were nothing to do with the villa at all yet they were friendly and ever so patient and kind.
15th January 2024 John Bowker"My family enjoyed our stay at the villa, which was so convenient to Coral Bay strip, which had an abundance of restaurants and bars and walking distance to the beach.
The bus stop was 5 minutes away too.
The villa had ample space for our party of 12 including children .
There were some minor issues with the villa, which were corrected immediately by Simon and his team."
23rd June 2022 Tyrone"From start to finish everything was perfect, the aircon went in villa c but Simon and his team fixed it and went above and beyond!
The clean upon arrival was spotless and the villas suited 2 families living next door to eachother and was perfect to walk to and from the main strip of coral bay!
Highly recommend these villas!
