The spacious bedroom and living area both have there own double sliding patio doors with direct access to the large patio area giving fantastic views of the stunning swimming pools and manicured garden areas. This patio area is double the normal size for ground floors so very spacious with sun beds, alfresco dining, sun brolly and bbq.
The bedroom boasts a king size bed with memory foam mattress for your comfort and the living area also has a modern comfortable L shaped sofa bed.
The lounge area has a flat screen tv with U.K. terrestrial channels, 7 day play back snd a bank of over 2000 movies and tv series ready to be streamed. There is also a dining area just off of the well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.
The entire property is furnished to a very high standard, having been recently refurbished and is on the stunning five star Limnaria Gardens resort.
Beach towels are also provided with this property plus sun beds for the patio area and lockable ones for private use around the swimming pool. The owners also offer free air conditioning in all rooms plus internet/wifi included in the price.
Limnaria Gardens Resort is an award winning resort that is without doubt in our opinion the best Paphos apartments rental resort in Paphos. The resort has beautiful lush landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow 'walk in' pool with large integral Jacuzzi and a children's pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing on the secluded sun terraces, and poolside showers and toilets for your convenience.
Limnaria Gardens Resort offer some of the best located Paphos apartments to rent, within just a few minutes walking distance to the sandy beaches, shops, harbour and the tourist heart of Kato Paphos which has many bars, pubs, restaurants and night life for all ages. During busier months, various water sports are on offer including pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing.
