This wonderful first floor property has a magnificent triple terrace with marvelous views overlooking the fantastic swimming pools and manicured gardens of this stunning resort.
Both bedrooms are large and they both have double patio doors leading onto the generous terrace area, as does the lounge, this spacious balcony is well furnished including its own private sun beds both on the terrace and by the swimming pools.It also includes a very comfortable six seated dining table.
The lounge is equally well furnished and above the normal standard, a further dining table with six chairs, flat screen TV, WIFI and satellite can be found in the lounge area with the satellite offering you the full Sky package plus BT sports and pay for view available. The kitchen is well equipped and modern; the master bedroom has a double bed with twins in the other bedroom.
The owner also offers free AC usage in all areas and internet/wifi included in the rental cost. The tv has a smart android box that offers uk terrestrial tv plus a bank of over 2000 films and series ready to be streamed.
Limnaria Gardens Resort is an award winning resort that is without doubt in our opinion the best Paphos apartments rental resort in Paphos. The resort has beautiful lush landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow walk in' pool with large integral Jacuzzi and a children's pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing on the secluded sun terraces, and poolside showers and toilets for your convenience.
Limnaria Gardens Resort offer some of the best located Paphos apartments to rent, within just a few minutes walking distance to the sandy beaches, shops, harbour and the tourist heart of Kato Paphos which has many bars, pubs, restaurants and night life for all ages. Having just stayed in Limnaria H104 as a last minute trip to Paphos to celebrate our first anniversary (we got married in Peyia last year)- I just wanted to send a note to say how much we have enjoyed our stay.
We have found the apartment so clean, comfortable and easy from check in to check out!
We will certainly be returning and H104 will be the apartment we look out for next year!
