This Limnaria Gardens upgraded one bedroom apartment is surprisingly spacious with an extra large bathroom and well equipped kitchen and good sized balcony.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed fitted with a luxury topper, there are also bed side tables, make-up table/mirror, lots of wardrobe and cupboard space, it also has a ceiling fan and dedicated air-conditioner for your very best comfort.
The lounge was upgraded in 2022 with high-quality twin sofa which also doubles as a comfortable sofa bed, plus a chair and flat screen tv with smart android box offering uk tv with 7 day play back plus an extensive library of updated films and series on demand.
From the lounge area double patio doors lead onto the balcony that faces south west which receives the afternoon sun in the summer and it also boasts a modern good quality outdoor furniture set comprising of a 3-seater and 2 chairs with a coffee table for alfresco dining.
The kitchen is well equipped and had a total upgrade in 2022 including new oven, ceramic hob extractor fan, large fridge with well sized freezer and new washing machine added in 2023. From the kitchen there is a nice dining area under a chandelier with a further table and 4 chairs.
The owners also offer 2 private sun beds for your convenience and USA around the wonderful pool area plus the free use of air conditioning in all rooms and free wifi
