This fabulous and very well maintained 2-bedroom, second floor apartment sleeps up to 4 people but for an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally. The apartment comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room lounge seating for 5 plus a dining area. This area leads onto a pool-facing balcony that is furnished with a table and 4 chairs. The balcony faces south so greats great sunshine all year round. The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob/oven, grill, toaster and kettle. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin). The twin bedroom has a small pool-facing balcony with a table and chair. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. Ample off-road parking is provided.
The complex has a swimming pool surrounded by fantastic landscaped grounds. There are 2 private sun loungers around the pool. Additional features of the apartment include a TV with a full sky package which includes all sports channels and movies on demand including the pay per view section which is free to guests. Additionally there is a great selection of current movies available in DVD quality streaming direct to the TV, an iron and ironing board is supplied. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. The complex is only 100m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants all less than a 5-minute walk from the property. Limnaria Villas is next door to Limnaria Gardens and is a separate complex. We have other properties available on the complex or within a minute walk.

The harbour offers various boat trips including a Spanish Galleon, Catamaran, Glass Bottom boats, Speed Boats, Jet Boats and a large ‘Booze Cruise’ liner. There are multiple Jet Ski hire companies so you can hire these in most places on the sea front. If you are feeling adventurous while staying in one of these Paphos villas you can take a trip to the Troodos Mountains and enjoy the breathtaking scenery, or if you are visiting during the winter months skiing and snowboarding are even available.
If you like the water you can rest assured that every kind of water sports are close at hand. One of the major attractions of these Paphos villas is Paphos’ diving treasures including Maninji Island, Akamas Peninsula and the fourth largest wreck dive in the world – The Wreck of Zenobia; for experienced divers only. There are various dive companies in the town that offer courses for beginners so you can always learn to dive in Paphos.
If diving is not for you, why not venture out to try turtle watching, go-karting, jeep safari, trekking, cycling, golfing or go on an archaeological dig. If you are looking for a perfect golf destination then look no further, there are three courses within a 25 minute drive; Aphrodite Hills, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf Club, all are championship courses and are perfect for a golfing holiday.
