This is a very large one bedroom, one-bathroom ground floor apartment. The bedroom and the living area both have access through double patio doors to the large patio area, which is well protected by mature bushes but it also has a private exit from the patio directly to the fabulous pool area. The bedroom boasts a king size bed and the living area also has a sofa bed. The entire property is furnished to a very high standard, having been recently refurbished and is on the stunning 5 star Limnaria Villas resort.

Limnaria Villas Resort has beautiful lush landscaped gardens and a magnificent feature overflow pool with plenty of sun beds for sunbathing on the secluded sun terraces. Limnaria Villas Resort has perfectly located Paphos villas, situated within just a few minutes walking distance to the sandy beaches, shops, harbour and the tourist heart of Kato Paphos which has many bars, pubs, restaurants and night life for all ages.
During busier months, various water sports are on offer including pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing. The harbour offers various boat trips including a Spanish Galleon, Catamaran, Glass Bottom boats, Speed Boats, Jet Boats and a large ‘Booze Cruise’ liner. There are multiple Jet Ski hire companies so you can hire these in most places on the sea front. If you are feeling adventurous while staying in one of these Paphos villas you can take a trip to the Troodos Mountains and enjoy the breathtaking scenery, or if you are visiting during the winter months skiing and snowboarding are even available.
If you like the water you can rest assured that every kind of water sports are close at hand. 15th June 2018 JanThe listing was as explained and photos were accurate. The property had everything needed and a well equipped kitchen area. I only needed to contact the property manager on one occasion and he was very polite and friendly. The patio area was very pleasant and we were able to lay in sun until 5 pm when the sun went behind the villa. The area is very private and was quiet at out time of visiting. It is in perfect location for local beach, bars and restaurants. Our favourites being penguinos, Chloe's, jayinda and fat mammas. Beach in easy walking distance with good choice of sun loungers and activities. Would highly recommend this complex to friends and return myself.
