The open plan kitchen offers an american style fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher plus a utility room. Flat screen TV in the lounge has a smart droid box which will give you terrestrial TV, 7 day playback and a bank over 3000 modern series and films.
To complete the villa it also offers complete air conditioning within the price, private parking and fully gated for security and child protection.
Emba Village is a beautiful picturesque village. Just 10 minutes drive away is the town centre of Paphos, which offers a lively harbour and has been recently redeveloped, now featuring many cafés and restaurants serving excellent local dishes in a beautiful setting.
Walk a short 2 minutes enjoying the fantastic scenery to two fabulous restaurants and a local supermarket. Emba is also the site of many Chapels and the 12th Century Panayia Chryseleoussis Church which many tourists will visit to admire the architecture and view the wonders inside.
A mere 15 minute drive away is Coral Bay, there are many water based activities close by to Coral Bay, during busier months various water sports are on offer including pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing etc. Kato Paphos harbour offers various boat trips including a Spanish Galleon, Catamaran, Glass Bottom boats, Speed Boats, Jet Boats and a large ‘Booze Cruise’ liner. There are multiple Jet Ski hire companies so you can hire these in most places on the sea front.
One of the major attractions of Coral Bay is Paphos’ diving treasures including Maninji Island, Akamas Peninsula and the fourth largest wreck dive in the world – The Wreck of Zenobia; for experienced divers only. There are various dive companies in the town that offer courses for beginners so you can always learn to dive in Coral Bay.
If diving is not for you, why not venture out to try turtle watching, go-karting, jeep safari, trekking, cycling, golfing or go on an archaeological dig. If you are looking for a perfect golf destination then look no further, there are four courses within a 35 minute drive; Elea Resort, Aphrodite Hills, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf Club, all are championship courses and are perfect for a golfing holiday.
Coral Bay and the surrounding areas are a fantastic location if you are looking for a private rental holiday, one of the best locations in the whole of Cyprus.

"Have just returned from a month in villa Damas in Emba, I cannot fault anything about the villa or our treatment from Simon and Sue.
We would not use any other company for our holidays it's always a pleasure and are treated with the up most respect.
The villa was very clean and fully equipped with everything needed for a carefree holiday, the private pool was cleaned twice a week by a very professional lady.
Definitely need a car to get to restaurants and supermarket unless your extremely fit and healthy.
A big thank you for a wonderful holiday, we'll be back soon."
