This wonderful penthouse apartment is on a quiet complex, away from the hustle and bustle, but just a short walk from the main Tomb of the Kings Road. The property has recently been refurbished in 2022.The penthouse caters for four guests (Ref 334), but larger families/groups (up to 8 persons) can be catered for with the use of our adjoining Penthouse Apartment (Ref 335).
This penthouse apartment has two good size bedrooms and independent air-conditioning/heating in all the rooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom (with shower). The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate bathroom (with bath and shower). The fully fitted kitchen has an open plan aspect to the dining room and lounge. The dining room has a good size dining table and chairs. The lounge has a large sofa with chaise lounge to relax on, a flat screen TV, Kodi streaming service (UK TV channels and Catch-up) & DVD player. There is a Stereo + CD player (iPod/Bluetooth compatible) and free Wi-Fi. This all leads onto a large private terrace, with comfortable furnishings, overlooking the pool with views to the sea.
The owners have added numerous extra furnishings and home comforts to this apartment for 2022, to ensure that guests can relax and enjoy their holiday in their 'home from home'. The Large balcony has its own sun beds and there also plenty of sun beds for you to use at the pool area which also features a bar area for soft and alcoholic drinks served during the day.
The apartment is ideal for families who want the security of being in a complex, but with that bit of independence to do their own thing, or for couples who like that little bit of extra space. The local shops are all that you need and the fantastic Bakery which never seems to shut!
The resort is set back from the Tomb of the Kings road in a quiet residential area, but only a short walk from a number of local tavernas, bars and shops. Paphos has something for everyone. You have the 'old' town with its markets and traditional lifestyle, right through to large shopping malls. The beaches in the bustling Paphos Harbour and the quieter Venus and Lighthouse beach are all excellent and ideal for relaxing. All of this is in easy walking distance of our apartment, or just 5 minutes by car.
Paphos has a wonderful regular bus service which runs along the Tomb of the Kings Road and can take you to Paphos Harbour, Coral Bay, or further afield to Polis.
The incredible archaeological sites are right on your doorstep, immersing you in thousands of years of history.
There are traditional taverna's run by family friendly locals, along with a whole host of contemporary restaurants and bars. All within a short walk of the apartments.
If Golf is your thing, then you are within easy reach of Elea Estate Golf Club, Minthis Hills Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Club and Aphrodite Hills Golf Club.
